Our Bathroom Design Process

At DNA Bathrooms & Kitchens we understand the best outcome for our customers when they want a brand new or renovated bathroom is reached via a collaborative process, combining their wishes and aspirations with our expertise. Our bathroom design process has been developed to involve clients at each step along the path of the project to ensure full transparency and involvement in the decision-making from start to finish.

Initial in-home consultation

Our bathroom design process begins with a visit to your home so we can get a full picture of the effect you want to achieve in the context of the existing décor and layout of your home.

Detailed Proposal

Within five days of the consultation, or at as soon as is convenient for you after that time, DNA Bathrooms & Kitchens will return with a detailed plan and costing for the project. We will follow up a couple of days after the presentation of the proposal to answer any queries it raises.

In-home design consultation

The next stage of the design process is a meeting at which you are able to choose all the products for your renovation, such as tiles and tapware. At this point we will also present you with the Building Contract so you know exactly what to expect and how much the job will cost.

Advance notice of commencement of works

We then order all the products. Once we have them we contact you to arrange a convenient start date for the project. We will advise who you can expect at home when, and also introduce you to your DNA Bathrooms & Kitchens project manager who will oversee the work, keep you updated on it and answer any questions you have as it progresses.
